To make you discover Brittany and his passion for his products, our chef Christophe Wasser and his sous-chef, Ghislain Flessel, really want to work with local producers, market gardeners, oyster farmers, salt marsh lamb breeders, etc.

The restaurant L’Ormeau, in Cancale, has been awarded from the Guide Michelin and won the "Bib gourmand" in march 2020.  This prize rewards restaurants offering a good quality menu for a modest price.
